According to the press service of the head of state, the meeting highlighted the positive outcomes of providing banking services at the mahalla level. Specifically, the entrepreneurial environment in the Saykhunabad, Uychin, Zarbdor, and Gijduvan districts has significantly improved, leading to increased incomes and greater confidence in the future.
The experience from these districts demonstrated that since the beginning of the year, 3.3 million residents have had stable incomes. Additionally, the monthly income of households rose from 7.5 million to 10.5 million soums.
Furthermore, in 57 districts, including Khojeyli, Asakhan, Vabkent, Bulungur, Yangier, Kushtapa, and Shavat, unemployment has decreased to below 5 percent due to the collaborative efforts of banks, khokims, and their assistants.
During the meeting, it was particularly emphasized that some leaders held the mindset: "This is all temporary, it will pass in a year or two."
As a result, 297 leaders of the economic complex were dismissed for negligence and irresponsibility in this matter. They were replaced by enterprising young individuals with modern thinking who are creating new experiences and ensuring the satisfaction of the people.
“I strongly warn that any leader who, upon visiting the mahalla, fails to address the problems of our people and entrepreneurs will not continue in their role. Changes are necessary for everyone,” - stated Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The President emphasized that the political and economic situation in the world is becoming increasingly complex by the minute, with new threats emerging.
“If we do not find answers to these challenges today, it will be too late,” - said the head of state.
