The new "Charvak Gates" tourist complex in Bostanlyk can accommodate over 5,000 visitors daily.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region, where he reviewed the progress of construction projects, according to the press service of the head of state.
Новый туристический комплекс «Чарвакские ворота» в Бостанлыке сможет вмещать свыше 5 тысяч гостей ежедневно.

It has been noted that the primary driver of development in this picturesque mountainous region is tourism. In recent years, the infrastructure has been improved, creating conditions for leisure activities throughout the year. Recreational, wellness, ski resorts, and other types of complexes have been built, along with food service establishments. Sanatoriums and children's camps have been renovated.

Specifically, five years ago, there were 26 facilities in the area with a total of 2,240 accommodation places. During this period, over 2 trillion sums were invested in tourism development, leading to the opening of 59 large tourist facilities with more than 13,000 accommodation spots. The main highway has been repaired and additional routes have been constructed.

As a result, the number of tourists in the region has increased twelvefold. If five years ago, Bostanlyk attracted 850,000 visitors annually, this year alone, 12 million visitors have come in just 11 months.

The head of state was briefed on new projects.

A tourist complex named "Charvak Gates" is under construction on the banks of the Chirchik River. Spanning an area of about 25 hectares, it will feature 16 multi-story buildings, 3 hotels, 2 supermarkets, and more than 60 service facilities, cafes, restaurants, a bank office, a water park, a musical fountain, and parking. Solar panels will be installed on the rooftops, and a glass bridge will be built over the river.

The complex will be able to accommodate more than 5,000 visitors per day. Considering seasonal demands, 2,500 jobs will be created here.

The president has instructed to expand the range of services, develop active tourism, and design similar complexes in other regions. Particular attention was paid to environmental issues and the creation of green spaces within the complex.
