A major international tourist hub will be developed on the shores of the Charvak Reservoir.

Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov, along with several major investment firms, has expressed interest in constructing the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan international tourist center on the banks of the Charvak Reservoir, according to the press service of the President of Uzbekistan.
На берегу Чарвакского водохранилища будет возведён крупный международный туристический центр.

According to the project, the center will feature recreational areas, beaches, sports facilities, hotels, cottages, and residential complexes. There are also plans to open stores with international brands, restaurants, and service points.

Various festivals, concerts, and cultural events will be held here. A bridge will be constructed across the bay for the convenience of visitors. In the long run, the center is expected to become a unique tourist hub where people can relax and live year-round.

The project for the international tourist center, which is planned to be built in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region, was recently presented to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

It has been noted that one of the most attractive tourist centers is the Bostanlyk district. With the Charvak Reservoir, rivers, snowy mountains, and picturesque forests, this location is perfect for relaxation at any time of the year.

In recent years, thanks to continuous government support, many new complexes have emerged in the Bostanlyk district, including the "Amirsay" and "Beldersay-Chimgan-Nanai" resorts. Specifically, over the past five years, more than 2 trillion soums in investments have been attracted to the district, leading to the commissioning of 59 new tourist facilities with 13,000 accommodations.

These achievements are drawing the attention of foreign investors and opening doors for the realization of even larger projects.

The head of state supported the investors' proposal, emphasizing the need for the design and phased construction of the center based on advanced international experience. An instruction was given to create a commission headed by the Prime Minister to develop the legal framework for the project's implementation and to assist in resolving infrastructure issues.
