Uzbekistan is experiencing issues accessing services due to the blocking of TLS 1.3 and Quick protocols.
Uzbekistan, Tashkent – According to AN Podrobno.uz, the protocols TLS 1.3 and Quick, which ensure secure communication on all modern websites, have been blocked in Uzbekistan. This has resulted in disruptions to access for certain online services. The information was reported by journalist and blogger Kirill Altman, citing a government source.

Users began to notice issues with their internet connection about a month ago. Recently, the situation has worsened: access to several applications is now only possible through a VPN.
"Some resources have started using these protocols to conceal personal data, which is why they have been blocked," explained Altman.
The blogger also pointed out that there is a significant decrease in internet speed in Uzbekistan. According to him, an expansion of traffic is anticipated by the end of December.
No official comments from government bodies regarding this issue have been received so far.
