Uzbekistan has a new head of the State Electric Networks.

On December 21, Uzbekistan saw a change in leadership at the Joint Stock Company "Regional Electric Networks," reports the press service of RES.

According to the agency, Askarov Asrorjon Akramovich has been appointed as the new Acting Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Company "Regional Electric Networks." Prior to this appointment, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board responsible for economics and finance at RES.

It is worth noting that there was also a recent change in the leadership of the Pension Fund in Uzbekistan. Murodbek Atajanov previously led the Treasury Service of the Ministry of Finance.
