The Ministry of Justice has launched a platform for finding legal solutions using artificial intelligence called LexAI, reports UzA.

The system includes a chatbot designed to assist users in finding answers to legal questions and offers services for independently preparing documents, conducting expert analyses, and evaluating issues without the need to consult a lawyer.

It is reported that LexAI is already available for online consultations. It will answer questions based on documents from the national legislative information database, which contains over 48,000 documents, including more than 34,000 active ones, over 28,000 integrated, and more than 5,700 subject to amendments and additions.

The development of the chatbot took more than five months, during which the creators analyzed over 34,000 current regulatory acts, and the knowledge base expanded by more than 604 million characters.

All functions of the chatbot were developed without using open-source codes, ensuring the uniqueness and security of the system. LexAI not only automates processes such as call centers and virtual assistants on websites but also opens new horizons for simplifying access to legal information, enhancing the quality of life for citizens, — the statement reads.

Earlier, it was reported that artificial intelligence will be implemented across all sectors in Uzbekistan. The President noted that over seven years, the industry has gained an export potential of one billion dollars.
