The building that hosts the restaurants "Sazanchik" and "Okean" on Shota Rustaveli Street in Tashkent has been sold at auction, reports the E-Auksion portal.
According to the lot description, the complex consists of 87 rooms. Additionally, the premises were renovated without a project, and there are extra constructions.
The total area of the plot is 0.20 hectares. The building's area is 2,685 square meters. The restaurant has gas, water, electricity, and sewage services.
The starting price for the auctioned complex was 26.3 billion sums. During the auction held on February 20, the lot was sold for 35.5 billion sums. The winner was the company Nigemta with a charter capital of 5.8 million sums.
