The Profit of "Uzbekneftegaz" Decreased by More Than Half in 2023
According to a report from the investment company KAP DEPO, the net profit of the national holding company in 2023 amounted to 611.6 billion soums. This figure is 52.6% lower than the previous year.
Revenue increased by 11.2%, reaching 14.7 trillion soums.
Dividend income rose from 1.2 trillion to 2.5 trillion soums over the year. Long-term bank loans decreased from 18.0 trillion to 17.6 trillion soums, while short-term loans increased from 746.8 billion to 2.2 trillion soums.
It is worth noting that in 2022, the profit was 1.3 trillion soums. In 2021 and 2020, it was 3.3 trillion soums each year.
